1. What Conecta is

Conecta is a technology platform for discovering and coordinating local commerce. It helps people find businesses, view offers, request or book services, exchange information, record agreements, and follow a booking.

Conecta is not the business, provider, seller, or service professional shown on the platform. Unless a screen expressly says otherwise, the sale or service contract is made directly between the customer and the business.

2. What Conecta does not do

Conecta does not guarantee that a business accepts a request, keeps a price, has availability, fulfills a promise, delivers a product, or provides a service with a particular result. The business is responsible for its published information, licenses, staff, prices, taxes, terms, and delivery.

Conecta may organize information, send alerts, keep a history, and open a case. That record does not make Conecta a party to the main contract and does not replace the proof, obligations, or rights between the parties.

3. Accounts and authorized use

You must provide reasonably accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use your own account. You may not impersonate someone, create accounts to evade a restriction, share credentials, or use Conecta for illegal or abusive activity.

To hold an account you must be 18, or the age of majority in your country if it differs, and have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you use Conecta for a business, you state that you are authorized to represent it.

4. Businesses, offers, and content

Each business is responsible for its profiles, images, services, products, events, hours, prices, payment methods, cancellation policies, and other content. Conecta may review, limit, hide, or remove content that violates these terms, the law, or safety rules.

You keep your rights in content you publish, but authorize Conecta to host, reproduce, technically adapt, and display it within the platform to operate, promote, and improve the service. Only submit content you have the right to use and that does not disclose another person’s data without authorization.

5. Bookings and agreements

A request is not necessarily a confirmed booking. The status shown by Conecta, schedule, quantity, price or reference amount, deposit, balance, selected method, and applicable policies form the summary you must review before accepting.

When a booking is confirmed, Conecta keeps a version of the agreement for that booking. Later changes to a business profile do not automatically rewrite an accepted agreement. Deadlines and next actions shown in the booking detail are part of the operational flow.

Availability can change for reasons outside Conecta’s control. If a booking cannot continue, the options and policies corresponding to its status and recorded cause apply.

6. Direct payments between customer and business

In the direct-payment flow, the customer pays the business directly using the method the business published, such as a transfer, another digital channel, or cash. Conecta does not receive, hold, convert, retain, split, settle, or transfer the customer’s money to the business.

Conecta also does not determine exchange rates or necessarily record the amount or currency actually delivered outside the platform. An amount shown in the app may be a reference amount for the booking and does not by itself prove how much money changed hands.

Selecting a method, viewing instructions, reporting an attempted payment, or reporting that a business acknowledged receipt does not mean Conecta processed or verified a bank payment. Declarations and evidence are kept to coordinate the case, not to replace confirmation from a bank, business, or customer.

If an integrated checkout with a payment provider is enabled in the future, the screen will identify it before the transaction and that provider’s terms may apply. That enablement does not by itself change direct agreements or create a refund guarantee from Conecta.

7. Deposits, final balance, cancellations, and returns

A business may configure a deposit and return policy when the feature is enabled. Before acceptance, the app shows whether the deposit is refundable until a cutoff or non-refundable when the customer cancels after the deadline. The final balance is agreed directly with the business, and selecting it does not mean it has been paid.

If a business cancels or does not provide the service, or when an applicable policy recognizes a return, Conecta may record a return obligation, notify the parties, keep evidence, and track deadlines. The business sends the money to the customer through the channel they agree, not Conecta.

Conecta does not refund the customer’s money, execute a bank refund, or force a business or financial institution to transfer it. A case, recorded obligation, or support decision is not a guarantee that money was returned. Disputes about quality, non-performance, charges, no-shows, or returns should be addressed with the business and, where appropriate, through Conecta support.

8. Crédito Conecta and commercial charges

Crédito Conecta is an internal commercial balance that a business may use to cover Conecta charges when the feature is enabled. It is not a bank account, electronic money, a customer deposit, or money received by the business.

Crédito Conecta cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, transferred to another person, converted by Conecta into another currency, or demanded as a customer refund. Its use, reservation, release, adjustment, and availability depend on the commercial records and policies shown to the business.

Conecta may create commissions, pending balances, and commercial statements for a business’s use of platform features. Those charges are separate from money a customer pays directly to a business. Reporting a top-up or payment does not by itself credit the balance; an authorized reconciliation updates the commercial account.

9. Reviews, reports, and community

Reviews must describe a real experience, remain relevant, and respect people. Fake, manipulated, discriminatory, extortionate, automated, or improperly incentivized reviews are not allowed. Conecta may moderate, hide, or remove reported reviews and content, and a business may respond where the feature permits.

Reports and evidence help organize a review, but an initial allegation does not automatically decide who is right or create an irreversible penalty. Operational decisions may consider the booking history, statements from the parties, and available evidence.

10. Content moderation and enforcement

Text and images published on Conecta — profiles, services, products, promotions, reviews, and messages — go through an automated review before or shortly after they appear, supported by an external classification provider. Depending on severity, content may be published and reviewed afterwards, held until someone reviews it, or blocked. Held content is not published and is not visible to anyone else.

You may not publish sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence or hatred, threats, harassment, other people’s personal data, impersonation, prohibited goods or services, or deception about what is being offered. This list describes the most serious cases; it does not exhaust what may be removed.

Violations accumulate: first warnings and content removal, then limits on publishing, discovery, bookings, or promotion, and in serious or repeated cases account suspension. You can request human review of any automated decision through the contact email, and a reviewed decision can be reversed.

11. Result order and promoted placements

The order in which search results appear is computed from relevance, proximity, quality, the real ability to solve what was asked, and trust signals built from the history of completed, cancelled, or missed bookings and from reports received. That order is not for sale: paying does not improve organic position.

Conecta may offer paid promoted placements. Where they exist, they are labeled as sponsored, meet the same relevance and safety rules as everything else, and do not alter anyone’s organic position.

Trust signals describe conduct observed on the platform, not the person. If you believe a signal is wrong, you can request review through the support channel.

12. Availability, support, and changes

Conecta may change, suspend, or remove features, methods, limits, or markets for security, maintenance, provider availability, or product decisions. We will try to communicate material changes and will not silently alter frozen booking agreements.

For questions about these terms, bookings, direct payments, or cases, email conectagd@gmail.com. Support coordinates and records cases but does not replace the business’s decision or provide financial, banking, or legal advice.

13. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend an account or content for breach, fraud, abuse, risk to others, a legal requirement, or a business’s pending commercial debt. Where reasonable, we will communicate the reason and available support path.

Account termination does not erase obligations already created or prevent retaining limited information when required by law, security, fraud prevention, or defense of claims. See the deletion process and Privacy Policy.

14. Liability and applicable law

Conecta is provided as available and to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted, Conecta is not responsible for acts, omissions, products, services, payments, returns, data, or promises by a business or customer, or for interruptions caused by third parties.

Nothing in this section removes liability that the law does not allow us to limit. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

15. Privacy, deletion, and contact

Data processing is described in the Conecta Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account and associated data through the process published on the account deletion page.

These terms are updated when the product, operation, or applicable obligations change. The current version, date, and contact channel are published here: conectagd@gmail.com.
